♦ A small hotel for agritourism located in a rustic farm surrounded by vineyards, olive, almond tree and pine groves, recreating the conditions typical of rural Mallorca life, yet with all the comforts of a hotel. Austere and simple in its interior design, it mimics rural dwellings typical of the island, full of light and providing a restful stay. The proprietors chose our fabric-of-flames designs for the bed spreads and drapes.

♦ The original project for the Son Net Grand Hotel was undertaken by the interior designer Antonio Obrador, who for the main hall chose solid olive-green fabrics and fabric-of-flames upholstery in the same color, while selecting silk for the upholstery and clothing for the “Solomon-style” carved wood frame beds. Situated in Puigpunyent surrounded by the incredible natural environs of the Tramuntana Sierra mountains, including a spectacular inner patio, the building was constructed out of traditional materials: wood, stone, artisan stucco, etc..

♦ Ensconced in natural surroundings in an area blessed with an exquisite view of the Mediterranean, this home of traditional construction was remodeled and redecorated by the american designer Michael Smith, well known today for his work as the interior decorator for the Obama family private residence. Hand-painted murals, exquisite antique furniture, art work and decorative motifs from other parts of the world characterize this villa, employing striped silk fabrics, natural-tone bed linens, and cotton fabric-of-flames material for drapes and cushions, as well as for wall covering in some rooms.

♦ “Els Quatre Vents” in Algaida was an old railway station bar now converted into a modern restaurant, and offers high-quality cuisine typical of Majorca, in a cozy family atmosphere matched by a simple yet elegant design. Its owners, Caty and Xisco, chose heavy, natural color linens for the curtains and cushions in the dining rooms, resulting in a rustic yet refined decor… making it a highly recommended destination.
